At 1:00 CST in Fort Worth Texas it was overcast, cold, windy and we had gotten 5 inches of rain the previous night. Being in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, we opted for an indoor shoot at the famous Billy Bob's Texas, the world's largest honky tonk.
We went inside early and did a panorama of the indoor Pro Bull Riding Arena, (yea, they really have one inside there). You'll be able to see it soon on their site at http://www.billybobstexas.com or on our site at http://thecolorplace.com in the near future.
At the appointed time, we did our pano of the main area of the club. When you open the panorama, you are looking towards the honky tonk stage and the concert stage on the other side of the sign, (this place is huge). As you pan around you will see a NASCAR racing exhibit, a sign directing you to the rodeo arena and some of the many other forms of entertainment
that Billy Bob's is known for.
We would like to thank Doug Keller at Billy Bob's for allowing us in to photograph the club and Robert Abbett for his idea and efforts in promoting QuickTime VR technology.
